David Corey, Managing Partner

Fifteen years of corporate experience saw David leading teams of project managers and overseeing projects including software implementations, product adoptions, marketing campaigns, and construction.

David is passionate about real estate and began investing in various capacities shortly after his college graduation in 2006. He began full-time management of Northeast Venture Group in late 2020.

David currently resides in Lancaster, Massachusetts with his wife Rebekah and three children ages 7, 5, and 3. He enjoys being outdoors and pretending he’s not too old to still be involved in athletic activities.

David Sohn, Managing Partner

David Sohn brings over 15 years of experience to Northeast Venture Group, which he co-founded with his good friend and business partner David Corey in January 2015. Prior to assuming a full-time role with Northeast Venture Group in 2018, David held multiple management roles at various technology companies, such as Empyrean (Deck House), EMC, The Echo Nest (music tech startup), and Spotify.

David graduated with an MBA from Northeastern University's High-Tech program in 2010.

When he's not focused on NVG, David can be found spending time with his family at his home in New Hampshire or enjoying the great state of Maine.

Nick Petmezis, Acquisitions, Sales, & Project Management

Nick is a resident of Central Mass and a graduate of the University of Massachusetts with degrees in Economics and the Classics. With over 10 years of experience in the real estate, property management, and construction management fields, he loves all the detailed planning that drives a project from vision to reality.

Nick wears many hats on the team, but his specialties include acquiring new properties, managing construction projects, and acting as a seller and buyer agent.

When he isn't binge-watching Netflix or hunting for the next real estate deal, he can be found on a tennis court or a rugby pitch.

Denice Carrasco, Admin

Denice brings her administrative acumen to NVG, grown from several years of supporting other real estate business enterprises. She works her organizational magic on the various ongoing projects at NVG.

At any given time, Denice is likely listening to a random podcast or old time radio show. Her spare time is dedicated to her family, singing, and home improvement.
